Makes 3 cupcakes
- 25 gm butter
- 25gm powdered sugar
- 25gm maida
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 25 gm cashew nut and almond powder
- pinch of salt
Whisk the egg in a bowl and then add melted butter and mix.
Sieve the maida, sugar, salt and baking powder together.
Add the egg mixture and nut powder in slowly and stir till mixed together. Do not stir the batter any further to have soft cupcakes.
Preheat oven to 180 deg Cel.
Spoon the mixture into paper cups in muffin tray and bake in oven for 15 – 20 minutes till cupcakes are firm and golden brown.
Take out, cool and serve!
