Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup rava / seminola
- 1 onion
- 1 small tomato
- 1 – 2 green chillies
- curry leaves
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tsp ghee
- 5 cashew nut pieces (optional)
- 5 raisins (optional)
- salt
- 3 cups water
Method
Roast rava in pan till slightly golden. Take off heat immediately.
Roast cashew nuts in 1 tsp ghee. Then add raisins to same oil and roast.
Heat 1 tsp ghee in pan and sputter mustard seeds.
Add chopped onions and cook till soft. Add curry leaves and green chillies and stir for 2 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes and stir for 3 minutes. Add cashew nuts and raisins.
Add salt and water. Bring to boil.
Add roasted rava and keep stirring continuously till dry.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

I have also eaten north indian POHA many times with nuts and potato cubes ,and it’s one of my favorites. I am looking for the recipe .
