One thing that is absolutely essential for me is my morning cuppa tea. Tea gives me the boost to get on with the day. This is a recipe which I have down pat.
Serves 2.
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon tea powder
- 4 teaspoons sugar

Method
Heat 2 cups of water and upon boiling add the sugar and tea. Lower the flame and simmer for a minute. Then strain using the tea strainer. Using the strainer add milk until colour is golden brown.
Serve hot.
